The assignment involved carrying out an Environmental and Social Audit of institutional Solar PV Energy Packages installed under Energy for Rural Transformation – Phase Two Project (ERT II). The Audit covered 88 sites – 40 schools, 40 health centres, and 8 water sources in 4 regions (North, East, Central and Western) of Uganda.
